We reached out to 128 Plumbing when the heating system in my parents' house went down. I was unable to be on sight when repairs needed to be done, but 128 Plumbing's staff was very kind and understanding. They returned my phone calls quickly, escalated my concerns promptly, and kindly educated me on everything that was going on in terms of the repair project. The work was very thorough and neatly done. Particularly, Leslie, Ellen, and Lori were always so kind and friendly. Tim, the project manager was always very helpful and never seemed annoyed with my questions, which must have sounded extremely remedial to him given my lack of knowledge of heating systems. One night there was an emergency when the furnace switched itself off again, but 128 Plumbing to the rescue; within an hour a tech was at my parents' house. He showed my Dad all of the circuit breakers and gave him some tips for future reference. He showed my Dad how to use the newly installed thermostat. He was also very kind to my Dad. He also took a minute to give me an update while I stayed on the phone with my Dad the entire time. Thank you, 128 Plumbing! I highly recommend your services!! more

We have used 128 Plumbing and Heating many times over the past 18 months. They have installed a new A/C compressor and a furnace, clean up and unclog a sewer back up into our basement all in the past year and a half. Every time I call I hope Leslie is the one I get on the other end of the phone. She listens and is completely professional and you actually feel that whatever your issue is that Leslie will make sure to help you get the right technician to help you and she always has helped us get an appointment as soon as possible. She recently even called us to see if we wanted an earlier appointment when our furnace was leaking and they had a cancellation.
