Review content:
No one calls a plumber because things are going well. Usually you are ankle deep in stuff that you shouldn't be and the situation is urgent,
The short story is that I called MC at 6:00 PM after four other companies told me that the earliest they could get to my problem was 10:00 the following morning. That was clearly unacceptable when sewage is backing up into your shower.
MC plumbers arrived at 7:15 PM, well equipped and ready to deal with the problem. They were courteous, professional, and competent. What more could I ask? The problem was solved within 30 minutes. Kudos.
The bottom line is that the next time, and there always is a next time, I will call Mike Counsil first, rather than the "big" firms.
