The pricing template book needs to be reviewed, there is a concern about the pricing structure that the service technician is required to quote based on the price binder carried with them.
For example, in specific, the emergency service price quote based on the pricing bimder for the washing machine shutoff (cold/hot faucet) is too broad, over priced and unfit for small job. The owner needs to review the binder price template in order to avoid confusion and misunderstanding per market standard rate.
