Review content:
I called Hutzel to fix a leak in my plumbing stack in my basement. The guy came out and couldn't fix it, he had to come back with help the following week - he advised to save money for us to open the wall in our dining room so he could have access to the stack. We had everything ready when he and his helper arrived. He called at 8:14 am to say he was on his way. It took them almost an hour to fix the leak, I called my husband at 9:44, as I was looking out in the driveway to say, it was done. I had asked the plumber for the bill, he told me they would send it later. I got the bill 3 weeks later and it was for 4 hours (2 hours for each plumber). When I called to ask about the mistake in hours the representative at Hutzel said he would check with the plumber. He called back today to say that both plumbers needed a half an hour before the job for preparation and a half an hour after the job to put things away. Right.
