Review content:
Educational Playcare is quick to call if there's an issue. The only problem we've had is that when we signed on, my husband and I were clear that they were open until 6:30 and it was actually 6:00 when they closed. We looked in the literature and it didn't say when to pick up our child. We really need that extra half hour and it was part of the decision we made to use Educational Playcare. It's just a little frustrating because if you're late more than twice, they charge you, but they don't really mention the time. Otherwise, we're really happy with the service. The staff is lovely and I had a concern that we'd go in there and they'd put her in a swing and keep her in it all day, so we said no swing and they don't use it. The children get a lot of hands-on time with staff and we're very happy with them.
