great curriculum, my son is happy there 8/18/2016

I have been using Educational Playcare for about 9 months now. My son has been going there for a while now, and I think they offer a great curriculum. The kids learn a lot throughout the day and get to play and have fun. The pictures you get throughout the day through the app they have are very helpful for checking in on my son and seeing how he is doing throughout the time he is there. The teachers are great and help the kids with whatever they need while they are there. Overall I have had a very positive experience using Educational Playcare and will continue to use them, I would also recommend them to anyone in need of a similar service. more

Top-notch experienced daycare providers 8/5/2016

The thing I love about Educational Playcare is that they have experienced caregivers with strong academic backgrounds, and each provider has a specific skill set that they bring to the group environment. For instance, there are people on staff with masters degrees in education, as well as others with experience in sign language, behavioral sciences and physical education. I like how they always greet my child and are happy to see him. My favorite part about this daycare is the security, the daily updates, and the pictures we get via the Tadpole app. It's a warm and loving environment and the staff goes above and beyond to make it super easy for parents, so they don't have to bring anything but their child. They provide the necessary diapers, food, music, and physical activity. more

Satisfied and content 7/1/2016

We've been going to Educational Playcare for the last three weeks so it's early but everyone has been very nice. They are so understanding and listen when we're giving feedback on what we want. The place is clean and feels safe. It's also convenient from where we live. more

Quality of care is fantastic 6/28/2016

I just have to start out by saying that the quality of care that is provided by the people over at Educational Playcare is simply fantastic. The teachers are really great and my son has a truly great time whenever he is here. I feel like the communication and some things on the administrative side could be improved a little bit but that is not too big of a deal. These guys do a great job of making my son happy and that as a parent makes me happy as well. more

Teachers that LOVE the kids, excellent communication and curriculum. 6/16/2016

I started using Educational Playcare for the first time in February when my daughter started going there. The curriculum is really strong and her teachers love her, that's something you just know as a mom and its so reassuring. The communication is very high, I'm constantly in the know between pictures and notes, I am just very well informed about what's happening and I feel so comfortable about that. It all comes down to the staff, you walk in there and everyone has a smile. Teachers that love your kids are invaluable. I think the only thing and I don't think it was on purpose but rather a scheduling decision was the diversity of the classroom. Timing is always a factor but there was a time when my daughter (who is a minority) was with an entire class of minorities and without diversity. It wasn't in purpose but something important to keep in mind and they did change it and her class is much more diverse now. As a mom many of us are critical and notice even the smallest thing, if that was the only thing I noticed, that's really good! more

My children are fairly happy at Educational Playcare. We started there in November. They're very attentive and good with the children. It's gone pretty well. They're pretty receptive to my feedback and have great suggestions. more

Extremely accommodating 4/18/2016

One thing that I really like about the people over at Educational Playcare is that they are extremely accommodating. I am going through a divorce and these guys have really done everything to help with my two boys who are in their program. They really teach the kids a lot, I know my boys are learning so much and they are only there two days a week. The teachers are great and incredibly helpful. All the people that work here are absolutely great. It has been a very good experience dealing with these guys and I look forward to continuing taking my boys here. more

Educational Playcare provides a great curriculum and many fun activities 4/8/2016

My niece attends daycare at Educational Playcare and I think they are a mirror image to a preschool curriculum. If you choose Educational Playcare, the growth of your child will surpass any mom and pop daycare that you take your child to because they do all sorts of activities like arts & crafts, purposeful play, and they have family functions like ice cream socials. My niece has a lot of fun and is learning a lot, the instructors are engaging and lively and I'm happy with the care they provide. Anytime I call with a question or concern, they get back to me right away and they send me pictures of my niece throughout the day. The staff says good morning to me everyday and are very welcoming, their child care is a little pricier than most day cares in the area but it's worth the cost. It's like having a close knit family and I feel very comfortable having my niece attend their program. more

The teachers are really good 4/1/2016

I think the biggest endorsement I can give to the folks over at Educational Playcare is that my son likes going there every day. He is always so excited to go to school which is something I could never relate too. He is learning so much there which is just fantastic. The teachers there are really good and they are really patient with my son which I really appreciate. I really love how quickly they respond to any questions that I may have. Another cool thing is that they send me picture updates of what my son is doing or has done, and they let me check in on him and talk to him whenever. This is just a really great place and I would definitely recommend them, and so would my son! more

Great experience, very friendly staff. 3/30/2016

Educational Playcare's facility is always very clean, the teachers are very friendly they are very responsive when we email with questions or inquiries. The only thing I feel could be better is they have slightly high turnover with the teachers and I'd like to see a little more continuity with them. One of the things we like the most is the tadpole system, we get daily pictures and reports on how the kids are doing and that is a very nice feature to have. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I don't second-guess sending my child there 3/18/2016

As a parent going back to work after so long, Educational Playcare made the transition easier for me. Everything is great for my son, who is almost seven months old. He's in the Chickadee classroom for infants, and I think he is thriving based on all they offer for him. I like their teachers, who are very attentive, personable and easy to talk to. If there is an issue with my son, they call and make sure everything they are doing is OK with me. The communication is excellent. I like the Tadpoles app that provides excellent updates throughout the day. I've also spoken to Gabby, who has an excellent approach. She doesn't make me nervous when she calls--she says my son is fine and there isn't an emergency. When walk in, the staff is always open and friendly. They are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. more

Professional Company Good Service 3/7/2016

Educational Playcare provides wonderful care; My child loves going to Educational Playcare. She adores both their teachers and administrators. I feel like she getting great exposure from their curriculum like in literacy and in science. The only downside to Educational Playcare is their management - how they bill their customers. However, after our first month we made some adjustment that made sense for our needs. more

I think that the staff at Educational Playcare is very knowledgeable and they are on top of everything. The program that they offer has an education feel to it, my son is learning so much there. They are very helpful and they are all very friendly and warm. It's like a family there. more

Great staff, confusing policy 2/10/2016

Educational Playcare is quick to call if there's an issue. The only problem we've had is that when we signed on, my husband and I were clear that they were open until 6:30 and it was actually 6:00 when they closed. We looked in the literature and it didn't say when to pick up our child. We really need that extra half hour and it was part of the decision we made to use Educational Playcare. It's just a little frustrating because if you're late more than twice, they charge you, but they don't really mention the time. Otherwise, we're really happy with the service. The staff is lovely and I had a concern that we'd go in there and they'd put her in a swing and keep her in it all day, so we said no swing and they don't use it. The children get a lot of hands-on time with staff and we're very happy with them. more

Staff is extremely good there. Everything is about the children. 2/2/2016

Educational Playcare have a great program that's very involved with the children. They have just an outstanding staff, very good certifications and everything like that. I have one child with them right now and I have been there for about a year and a half, almost 2 years and I will absolutely continue using them for as long as I need them. Besides the teachers being excellent, the administration staff is also extremely good there, they are extremely knowledgeable and very education oriented. Everything there is about the children, everyone is very children oriented. more

Educational Playground Berlin has provided our children with quality education and nurturing staff. 1/12/2016

The staff at Educational Playcare Berlin are WONDERFUL! We have a child in the three's room, a child in the four's room, and a kindergartener who is bused from school to Educational Playcare for aftercare. All three of our children have been very happy and the teachers are wonderful. Gabby and Erin have always done everything to make sure we as parents are happy. I love that they're NAEYC certified and they follow a rigid curriculum, so it's not just a playcare but a school. They also provide lunch and snacks for the children so it saves us a lot of time when we're trying to get our kids ready in the morning. They've been very flexible with our family schedules, so pick-up and drop-off's are a breeze. They provide before and after care and they even have an indoor playground so the children can play when it rains or snows. Educational Playcare has it all and we are so grateful for their services! more

Wonderful experience 12/7/2015

Educational Playcare takes care of my two year old. This is our first time, we've been there since October 1st and we go 3 times per week. It's been a wonderful experience. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for. more

Great experience overall and my daughter was very happy there 11/13/2015

It was our first time using Educational Playcare and I loved everything about their services! I like how they had a great selection of various activities to participate in. For example, they taught sign language, an instructor would come in and do music and yoga classes and they had plenty more activities that were kid friendly. I absolutely loved the teachers at Educational Playcare and had a great experience with them. In addition to this, the director of the facility was great and easy to work with. more
