Review content:
These guys are the bottom of the barrel. Not just as landlords, but, just as service professionals and people in general. Aside from a few of the service guys, the staff are hateful and rude. \r

The unit we rented was FILTHY, beat up and cobbled together when we moved in (Yes, I have pictures)\r

They added a provision to our lease that the basement ""might leak water in heavy rains""\r
It leaked nearly every time it rained. When I called the maintenance manager, he wanted to argue about the amount of rainfall. I emailed pictures to him every time it leaked until he finally claimed that the basement isn't living space. His fix was to keep the gutters clean (which they didn't do). The property owner came over one day and was shocked at the sorry condition of the property (her fault for not checking)\r

When we moved out the unit was in better shape and cleaner than when we got it and they dinged us for BS and kept $250 of our deposit. \r

And..before they post some BS reply. Our rent was auto-deducted from our checking account and never late. \r
\r
I could go on and on about these a-holes and I have a hundred pictures to back it up. \r
\r
Bottom line...DO NOT trust them with your real estate investment and DO NOT rent from them!
