We've been renting through this company since March of 2016. The house itself is perfectly fine, and maintenance has always been prompt, thorough and friendly. Mark Brewster, the realtor who showed us the home, was delightful, kind, and helpful-- we were new to the area and he worked hard to help us understand neighborhoods and find a place we were comfortable with.
The office staff, on the other hand, are consistently unpleasant. I dread every interaction with them, and I have never spoken to anyone in the office who wasn't unkind, impatient, and dismissive. The subject of our conversations has never been problematic, but they've managed to make my and me husband feel like we're 'in trouble' for something each time with their rude and unfriendly mannerisms. Truly, I wish I never had to get in touch with them and do so as rarely as possible.
While we like where we live, I would recommend using a different service, as I imagine a similarly nice house could be rented through a company who doesn't make you feel like an annoyance for such normal and infrequent things as calling to confirm the dates and times of inspections, or questions about maintenance procedures. There's just no need to treat people who aren't causing trouble, and who are paying you $1000 a month that way.
