OK, we decided to buy one of the swingsets from Bergfeld for our daughter. She loves it, and they installed it for a very reasonable price. However when we signed the contract to buy the product the salesman gave us a price, and we paid if full. Then the owner calls a few days later and says no no, you owe like $200 more dollars. We argued it and argued it, but the guy pretty much said since we were only spending a few thousand of dollars, he couldn't let it slide unless we were buying one that was for $6000. How right is that? The guy told us a price, we paid for it, and had a signed contract. And they did a pretty good job installing it, except for the fact that they did not tightened any of the bolts, so everything was really loose. Luckily my husband fixed it before any of the kids got hurt.
