Review content:
We've been trying to get a swing set set up for our daughter since the end of March. As of today (2nd week of June) we only have half of it set up. Repeated calls and left messages do not get returned, and promises of "it'll only take a week" are not held up to. When we do get in touch with someone to talk to, they are polite, but I get the distinct feeling they have no idea what is going on. I don't think we are ever going to actually get to use this swing set.
