Finally Received our play set... Installation was smooth, but we'll never do business with Bergfeld Recreation again, what a Circus Act! Scheduled an apt with one of the owners to come by our house and look at our yard. We wanted a fence, automated gate and play set. So, probably a pretty nice job for them $25,000 - $30,000. Stood me up on the apt, so I called another fence company and paid them the $20K. Recently we decided to give Bergfeld a second chance and get our play set from them. Play set installation date was pushed back twice and the play set showed up incomplete. When I called to voice my concern they really didn't care. The only positive thing I can say is that the gentleman that came to install the play set was great, although he is a contractor and not a Bergfeld employee. This company is very unorganized, no consideration for anyone's time and has no sense of customer service. If you can find what you're looking for somewhere else, I would strongly advise you to do so.
