Review content:
We had Bay Cities come in for a gas heater repair so they gave us a couple of different quotes on different options. The prices seemed a little on the high side. The only real issue I guess was that they had to bring in a different team to come out for a second time. They had to come out twice to give us full estimates. We had someone else give a quote for the basic repair and it was cheaper so we ultimately went with them. However, Bay Cities were professional and friendly. The second estimate visit was late though, but it wasn't really a big deal. I ended up paying Bay Cities the assessment fee, but didn't have any actual work done from them.
