I first came to Don Sterling almost 20 years ago. Most recently I spoke to Don about my son's dog (who had also attended classes) who was exhibiting some inappropriate behavior in their new home with anyone trying to enter it. Not only did Don talk to me on the phone immediately for about 15 minutes, but, he asked me to bring the dog down, that day a few hours later, to look at him himself. He talked me through how to address the situation, came up with a plan and is going to work with us to get this dog in check. We want to make his new environment much more relaxed and stress free. Having a home where no one can come visit is unacceptable...I know we'll get through this with his help!
