I stay here all the time on my frequent visits to the Lansing area... My only bad experience was this trip... I made the reservation through Trip Advisor, called to cancel do to weather conditions between Traverse City & Lansing before 6pm the same day as the reservation... I was told I couldn't & would be charged the full rate which I was... I have canceled the same day before 8pm booking though my Red Roof account & was never charged... Disappointed I was in Trip Advisor, NOT Red Roof ...
