This was a welcome stop after a seven hour drivefrom St. Louis. It was easy to get to, and on my way to meetings both north and east, making it convenient. I would stay at this location again, as it is exactly what I am looking for in an overnight stop. more

The room was very comfortable, no odor, clean other than spots on the carpet. The bathroom was CLEAN with no mold. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and operated perfectly. The heater/air conditioner blew fresh smelling air with no odor at all. The room was great compared to other rooms I have stayed in. /when in West Lansing I will certainly stay here again. And it is pet friendly :) more

I always stay here when I'm in Lansing. Clean rooms and always available. Great service with friendly front desk staff. WI-Fi is great and I have never had a problem with it. Area is nice and there are plenty of places to dine and shop. more

Very Affordable for a night or two, rooms are the cleanest, you get for what you pay, you can drive to Chicago downtown and pay 500% more for a nicer room, I would stay here again more

The room was clean and comfortable for the amenities it offered. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of lights and availability of outlets for appliances (CPAP machine) near the bed. No literature found about the area and nearby restaurants, businesses, or points of interest. Just a good basic night on the road's respite at a good price. more

I just needed a place to sleep for the night so I wasn't spending much time in the hotel. The room was small the bathroom tiny. So it meet my needs but it was not a place I would want to have an extended stay. There was a cigarette burn mark on the bathtub. But the room was clean and it was very well priced. more

I have stayed in Red Roof Inn Chicago two weeks before for a week...the hotel room was excellent..all the facilities were available...the staff and the management were so welcoming and helpful..the hotel is clean and tidy...everything was really good...i really enjoyed my stay there and would love to stay in the same hotel whenever i come back...there is definitely value for money....highly recommended.....thanks for the hospitality... more

It was clean and inexpensive for an impromptu night stay during snowy weather. The room was very clean, bathroom was clean and was much better than driving 2 hours in bad weather when I just had to come back to this location the next day. I would stay here again. Parking was in front of room and rooms were entered from street or from upper level balcony. more

I stay here all the time on my frequent visits to the Lansing area... My only bad experience was this trip... I made the reservation through Trip Advisor, called to cancel do to weather conditions between Traverse City & Lansing before 6pm the same day as the reservation... I was told I couldn't & would be charged the full rate which I was... I have canceled the same day before 8pm booking though my Red Roof account & was never charged... Disappointed I was in Trip Advisor, NOT Red Roof ... more

The Red Roof Inn located at the 496 West over past near the Jolly Road Exit is the comfort zone for those of you like myself that need peace and restoration. The continental breakfast is fresh, room service is good. The Staff is professional and polite . I highly recommend the Red Roof INN more

Hotel was very convenient. Right off the highway and not too far from restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Room was great size and the bed was very comfortable. Great price. It was an overall wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area! more

My daughter and I arrived late to the Hotel. Logan met us at the front desk with the most amazing smile. We were dead beat tired and wanted fast and friendly service. In an emergent situation due to ice storm and no power at home, we went to the Red Roof in Lansing East. Very friendly staff, very accommodating, great cleaning staff, and dog friendly. I would highly recommend this motel. A special thanks to Kelly, Rita, Mark, Dave and Joel, hope I didn't forget anybody. Great job to the staff for kindly helping people and being understanding of the situation many were in, when a lot of Lansing has been without power for 3 + days. Thanks to all. more

Nice spot to visit when you're in chicago or on the south side an its in a decent area rite next door to an Ihop an its a nice bar in the area also definitely try the red roof inn out an enjoy ur stay in chicago or should I say out side of chicago. more

I stayed there probably in August I was very impressed with the service they gave. The front desk guys are 24 hours available room service is very good, clean rooms and beds house keeping was very good. I will definitely stay here again and I rate 5 star more

The management team are definitely at the top of their game picking the staff that work here. everyone is super nice! i was sick and had ordered soup from a place that forgot to give me a spoon and i called the front desk and in less then five minutes I had a spoon and extra fluffy new pillows more
