My heating furnace stopped. Called Minnick late afternoon and Tom came over first thing the next morning and replaced the igniter element. He was very professional and informative in answering questions on furnace mechanisms and maintenance. Job efficiently and cleanly done. He also gave other components a look over for any pending flaws. Can't rate the price (these jobs are never cheap!) but the rapid response counts for something.
