incredible service from Tom Grim 11/10/2016

I always request Tom to do the service on my HVAC system -- he is extremely thorough and very kind. He takes the time to answer my questions and alerts me of any upcoming issues that I might want to address. I think that I get very good service from Minnick's and their people are excellent. more

Wonderful 6/10/2016

Had an AC inspection done. Tom G arrived on time and did a thorough job. The best part was the discussion of my options for each of several options found. Minnick's uses a really nice piece of iPAD-based software that captures Tom's written analysis (not just a pre-populated checklist), the estimated cost to repair (whether I chose to have it done or not) AND I got it delivered in an e-mail only minutes after Tom left. In short: a professional analysis, in writing, in a form I can use. more

6/6/2016 Greg came did maintenance on my air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Greg answered my questions and explained other things to me. I look forward to his twice yearly visits. Carolyn K more

Furnace duct work install 4/6/2016

The furnace was very new but the duct work needed replacing. Mike and crew showed up always promptly, courteously, professionally.. After they arrived, they moved all the items in the basement that needed moving to get the work done. Everything was covered completely with plastic and they kept me apprised of everything as it went along.. At the end of the day, everything was neatly cleaned up. They came up with innovative ideas to keep the heat running evenly throughout the whole house. This is a great company. more

Completed job on cut-off value and re-align hose 2/20/2016

Technician was on time as always. Completed work in a course of two days which was fine. He cleaned up the area and explained different options I was unaware of before in the use of the equipment. more

Furnace repair 1/28/2016

My heating furnace stopped. Called Minnick late afternoon and Tom came over first thing the next morning and replaced the igniter element. He was very professional and informative in answering questions on furnace mechanisms and maintenance. Job efficiently and cleanly done. He also gave other components a look over for any pending flaws. Can't rate the price (these jobs are never cheap!) but the rapid response counts for something. more
