The overall car buying experience was nice. We drove over 45 minutes to see a car we saw on the internet. We found a salesman, Larry Guthrie, who was very helpful. We were able to take a test drive and check the vehicle out. The car was very dirty on the outside but nice on the inside. It was missing a few things, but we were told that they would take care of that. The sales manager got us in and out...didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. First time I have ever been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour and 1/2. When driving the Traverse home, we noticed a few more issues. I called Laura Buick on Monday and was told to set up an appointment with service to get it taken care of. I would recommend this dealership!
