My Son found a truck I had been wanting on Cars.Com. Told my son they could not sell it that low must be a bait and switch deal. Called the next morning and was told by salesman Jimmie Rines that was the real price!! He told me that they had a special deal from GM plus what their dealer discounts is how they got such a good price. I think the day that I made my purchase they had the lowest price in the nation. They had only five of the trucks I as wanting at the great price and the color I was wanting had just been sold to man who had flew in from California. I decided to take a chance and drive 3 hours to find out. When I arrived, it only took a few minutes to see it had low pressure sales and a great place to buy a truck. I completed my purchase and was very happy with the price I paid. The only thing negative I could say about Laura's was they where selling so may vehicles, that it took a while to get the paper work and truck detailed. If Laura's would not sell vehicles at the very lowest prices, the wait would have been shorter. I would recommend Laura's to anybody who is looking for a vehicle. more

We recently decided to go towards St. Louis (about 2 1/2 hours) to look for a specific vehicle, as we were having trouble finding one in our area. We first went into St. Louis to another dealership, who did nothing but insult us regarding a pristine trade-in with extremely low mileage. We took their last offer and told them we were going to go to Laura to see if we could beat their price. They were convinced we could not. We then drove to Collinsville, IL to Laura Buick Pontiac GMC. We explained our situation to our salesperson, Ross, and told him we would like to drive a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali. We drove the vehicle, while they drove mine, returned to the dealership, and told Ross what it would take in order for us to trade. Within 5 minutes we had made a deal. Never in my life has buying a new car been so hassle free. It did take some time to get all the paperwork completed, however they were extremely busy. They sold so many vehicles that day that there were 5 vehicles being cleaned up for delivery at the same time. Our salesman took it upon himself to go back and help the detailers get our new car cleaned up and ready for us to leave. That's going above and beyond. Thanks Ross, we love the new car! more

I recently took my GMC pickup in for service at Laura Buick GMC in Collinsville Illinois. They informed me that they had no loaner car for me to use at the time and they went ahead and serviced my truck so I could make my doctor appointment. This had to be the fastest I've ever had an oil change. Laura's staff are all very friendly and easy to deal with. more

After you find this dealer and the selection/pricing you won't look further. I got exactly what I wanted without having to order or wait for the truck I wanted. I called and talked to John Martin and placed the deposit on the truck I wanted. Flew in the next day, test drove and did paper work and went home. John Martin is awesome! What an excellent experience. The overall car buying experience was nice. We drove over 45 minutes to see a car we saw on the internet. We found a salesman, Larry Guthrie, who was very helpful. We were able to take a test drive and check the vehicle out. The car was very dirty on the outside but nice on the inside. It was missing a few things, but we were told that they would take care of that. The sales manager got us in and out...didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. First time I have ever been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour and 1/2. When driving the Traverse home, we noticed a few more issues. I called Laura Buick on Monday and was told to set up an appointment with service to get it taken care of. I would recommend this dealership! more

One guy down here even claimed to have called them and said he got a different price on the phone than what was advertised on the web. Well, the only people stretching the truth were the local dealerships around here! I decided to take a chance and called Laura Buick GMC. I got connected with JD one of the sales guys there. He was honest, straightforward and extremely helpful. The price I saw on the web was the exact price I paid. Not only that but they had the truck ready for me when I pulled into the lot! The entire process was the easiest car deal I've ever done, no gimmicks, no tricks at all. They have earned a life-long customer all the way down in Fort Worth, TX! It was worth the drive and it will be worth the drive again when I go back for my next vehicle! more

Sales found truck i wanted and test drive was informative and pleasant. Assistance with getting financing was not a long ordeal. Obtaining Missouri plates more dfficult than expected since i purchased vehicle in Illinois. No problem getting truck to pass inspection at local Elco Chevy. Overall the buying experience was better than expected. I plan to return and buy a Buick Encore more
