Don't even bother. We've used them for over a year. The service was great at first, then it started to decline. The more they get used to cleaning your place, the more at ease they are and the cleaning quality just drops.
We don't expect 100% perfect cleaning every time (realistically no cleaning service can do that!), but when they did not even move the canisters on the kitchen countertop out of the way to clean the area around it, did not dust the bedside table, did not dust around the ledge on bathroom countertop, did not vacuum under the beds, did not dust the bookshelves - you wondered what they were doing when they were at your house supposedly 'cleaning'?
When they signed us up, we were assured that anytime we were not happy with the cleaning, they'd send someone to redo it. Three times we noticed that the job wasn't done right, called them, nothing was ever done. I guess they'll say anything initially to get you on board....
