I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Even though they were 3 times as expensive as other maid services we have used, we went with them because we were hoping more money meant a better job would be done. We had been fighting a bought with the flu, and wanted the house cleaned top to bottom. I made clear I would pay whatever the cost would be, but I wanted a good job done, with door handles disinfected, every cabinet cleaned, every appliance, etc. \r

The Maids service came nowhere near our expectations. From a cheerio sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor, to floors that had not been mopped, to doors that had obviously not been cleaned, to floors that had not been even swept, to appliances that had not been properly cleaned, the Maids was a waste of our time and money. They charged nearly $400 but I could not even tell in most areas of the house that they had been there. \r

I have come to understand that issues with a company are often impossible to avoid. If you are a consumer, companies will miss the mark, there will be miscommunication, and there will be missed expectations. I am always willing to give a company a fair second chance to right oversights or mistakes. Having started, managed, and owned my fair share of companies, I know that you cannot fix a problem if you do not know one exists. Therefore, I provided the ""manager"" of the company a chance to make the job right. I went through the long list of issues I had with the performance of the house cleaning staff, and listed off areas of the house that had not been touched, let alone cleaned properly. The response was that I should pay another $400 to have the maid service return to my house to do the job they should have done the first time. I stated I would pay for anything the maid service thought was ""extra"" or not something they would normally clean, but I would not pay extra to have them do the job they should have done the first time. The ""manager"" agreed that he would have his workers come to our house the next day to make the job right. \r

The next day I went to the house to see if the house had been cleaned more in line with expectations, and found that no one had even come to the house at all. Repeated attempts to contact the company since this time have met with an answering machine and no calls returned. \r

Do yourself a favor and save your family some money. This company does not do the job they advertise, they will not do a better job than the other companies out there (and I have tried a couple of them). When there are issues, they will not resolve the issues to your satisfaction. Avoid the headache and stress and avoid the Maids. \r
