We booked two nights at Econolodge in Monticello NY. We cancelled both of the bookings. Still the manager choose to charge us for one of those nights. We gave them more than a week notice of cancellation and proved to him with our cancelation notices, still he refuses to refund our money. We have no choice but to go to police and charge manager patel with theft. He is rude, will not take our calls, or even return them to us. We gave him 3 months to refund our money. Finally this hotel is not affiliated with choice hotels anymore, but still advertise as if they are.\r
