Review content:
The service people were prompt , friendly and accomplished the work in short order. However, it seems that the price for a quick clearing of a drain line thru a roof vent was high for such a quick fix. Additionally they added some mystery pipe treating chemical (Pipe Shield) that seems to be of no use for the location of the pipe blockage in a lateral line several feet from the sink drain. While the product may prove useful for bathroom drains (if it even works) I question the rationale if using it for the kitchen drain. With the cost of the basic (needed) service being high it seems that a gallon of Pipe Shield at $52 was like rubbing salt in a wound and not needed for the ""healing"" process.
