Our home experienced a clogged drain in the kitchen and the wash tub drain in the basement.\r
I called Rotor-Rooter, 35 Sunset St. Rochester, NY. at 4:00 p.m. I indicated our problem to the customer service rep. She told us that a service plumber would be to our home within the hour.\r
She was very professional. The service plumber Mark, arrived within 30 minutes. We showed him our problem, and he gave us the estimate. We agreed to the costs and Mark proceeded to bring in his equipment. In less that an hour our drain was free. Mark checked the drain flow several times before completing the service. He also instructed us on how to better utilize our\r
garbage disposal to prevent any future clogs. Mark represented your company very well.\r
I would recommend Mark and Roto-Rooter to may family and friends. Avery professional service. Thank you.
