I brought my truck in because it was leaking a lot of oil. They said that I would have to pay for a oil diagnostic. I was impressed that they had such a service. The diagnostic indicted sever leaks and it would cost $500 + to fix. A lot of money but at least it would be fixed. On the way home 6.2 miles I did my own diagnostic. I drove it and the engine got hot! When I park it at home within 15 minutes there was a 3" pool of oil under the truck. On my way back to PEP I had another diagnostic, I had to stop the truck because there was a lot of smoke coming from under the hood. I discovered that it was the oil hitting the hot exhaust.\r

PEP Boys looked at the truck and told me that it was an oil leak and it would cost me another $500+. I have brought the truck home and will pursue my complaint in another fashion.\r
