It was raining, cold and after 7pm on a Sunday night. I got a screw in my tire and was losing air pressure fast. I had to drive into Manhattan (50+ miles) to get home and had no way of fixing the tire myself. I went to 5 other Auto Service chains, all were closed. One of them was open but refused to give me service so late! Pep Boys was open, fully staffed and helped me out greatly! The guy took my car in without any wait, fixed the hole in my tire, checked all the other tires, then parked my car right by the door when he was finished, so I didn't get wet in the pouring rain! He didn't even charge me for the repair! Being a young woman, I figured I would be overcharged! I was really surprised with their service and would recommend this Pep Boys to everyone!
