I've been to Audubon Pep boys a few times and after the last visit in early 2010 I promised myself I wouldnt go back. I always had an issue with this shop EACH TiME I went in, one time I had a battery replaced and they didn't tighten the cover down and left parts lying on top of the engine. The most recent visit was for a *simple* oil change and the reason I went for this was I thought, how bad can they mess up an oil change? Well the moron (more on that later) who did the service put the drain plug back into the hole crooked and stripped up the threads on the plug and the oil pan. So, had to get that replaced, by a different shop as I didnt want to leave car a Pepboys again. Actually the different mechanic I went to suggested I complain to Pep Boys and have them replace the oil pan since they damaged it but I couldnt bear the thought of them touching the car again. And the new mechanic (who runs a medium-sized shop a mile from pepboys) says he's hired guys who came from pepboys and
