I went to the Wadsworth location to have a problem fixed with my vehicle, I scheduled an appointment online and was not told that it was canceled. When I arrived at that location I was told that they could not help me, when I asked the woman behind the counter what I should do I was again told very rudely that they could not help me. When I again asked what I should do she looked at me like I was a total idiot and said that they could not help me and they would not help me. When I finally got an answer as to where I could go to get this very serious problem fixed all she kept saying was that they would not help me. All i can say is that with the money I have spent there I could have been told where to take my vehicle and not have been told several times that they can't help me. So you want to be treated like a complete idiot then go there and the woman behind the counter will do just that.
