Pep Boys Montclair is (by far) the best Pep Boys that I have been to.\r

Believe me I have been to many repair shops throughout the past 35 years. Some shops are outstanding. Others, not so good.\r

These days, I am in the Pep Boys Montclair as often as is necessary for repairs and maintenance on our family cars. Not exclusively, but much more often than any other shop.\r

They are always friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. They do not give the impression that they are gonna try and sell you as much as possible. As is sometimes the case at repair shops.\r

Rather, they listen to your vague descriptions and objectively evaluate the problem(s) that your vehicle may be experiencing. \r

They seem genuinely interested in cultivating a long term trust with their customers. I find the service managers to be friendly and knowledgeable. They stand behind their work and they quote service in advance. The mechanics and store staff are great too!!\r
