The Pepboys at 6811 W. Grand in Chicago is a horrible place to have your car fixed. I had struts put on my car. They told me it was ready and gave me my keys. The car sounded like it was going to fall apart. They told me to come on in the next day at 9:00 a.m. and they'd fix it. Well it took 5 hours to get a new part ordered and it cost me $1200 and two full days of my life. NEVER GO THERE!!! THEY'RE INCOMPITANT MORONS!!! TRUST ME
