Pep Boys Elmwood Park Rock! 11/5/2010

I thought Pep Boys in Elmwood Park were GREAT! I tried them after Castle Buick told me it would cost $125 to replace the bulb in my front headlamp and another $25 to replace the bulb for my rear turn signal..."provided all you need are bulbs"! So I went to Pep Boys to buy the bulbs ($18 and change) and they installed them for me. I'm a happy camper! \r \r To the other reviewer I say... before you call someone else a moron make sure you know how to spell imcompetent. more

The Pepboys at 6811 W. Grand in Chicago is a horrible place to have your car fixed. I had struts put on my car. They told me it was ready and gave me my keys. The car sounded like it was going to fall apart. They told me to come on in the next day at 9:00 a.m. and they'd fix it. Well it took 5 hours to get a new part ordered and it cost me $1200 and two full days of my life. NEVER GO THERE!!! THEY'RE INCOMPITANT MORONS!!! TRUST ME more
