I walked up to the service counter because I wanted to buy 4 new tires and have them balanced and rotated. It was right before my work shift so I was kinda antsy, but I had arrived 40 before my scheduled shift to make sure I would have enough time to put in my order. I only had 2 people in line in front of me so I figured I should have plenty of time. 20 minutes went by and there's the same 2 people in front of me. There are Pep Boys sales people walking all around, but nobody seems to care or maybe it's not "their job" to help out at the service desk. Finally, another cashier takes the guy in front of me so now I'm standing by myself in line. 35 minutes have now elapsed and I'm still standing in line. I'm eaves dropping on the two customers in front of me to find out exactly why I have to wait so long. I couldn't make out the reason. I wound up leaving because I had to work my shift and there would be no chance for me to leave my car. This happened at 10am on a monday and there's a
