The costumer service in this place is TERRIBLE, the employees are bad, but the managers are even worse, especially Jeanna; I asked to see the manager and I had to wait for about ten minutes for me to talk to her, and when she decided she would come do her job, she was talking on her cell phone and being rude. This isn't the only time something like this has happened to me and it seems that she is always "the manager" when I need something to be fixed; she's always smoking outside or hanging out with employees or other people.\r
Also the lines get HUGE, it's like they only have one person on the registers and no can help you out with anything; the employees are too busy using their cell phones.\r
This is one of the worse Pep Boys I have ever been to.
