Review content:
The main reason to go to Home Depot is for their low price. If buying large amounts of lumber, bricks, soil, etc. this very well might be worth it. But if you are just looking for a few smaller items, your local hardware store is probably the place to go. The Emeryville Home Depot looks like all the other Home Depot's in the country. They lack decent customer service and do not provide help with finding items - they instead have large vague signs posted over every aisle. They seem to be geared towards people who visit there every weekend and know exactly what they need and where to find it. For the rest of us, though, who need a little help figuring out what we need, a smaller friendlier hardware store would be better.
PROS: huge selection, good gardening section
CONS: bad customer service, hard to browse
