TERRIBLE. Called early a.m. was given an APPOINTMENT for my smog ck at 3pm told it would take 45 min. arrived 15 min early for paperwork and the clerk "Mike" proceeded to try to help other people in line BEHIND me rather than check me in. When he finally waddled around to helping me, it was past my appt. time and he told me it would take at LEAST 1 1/2 hours, double the time I was quoted, since I had to work, I had to leave and it ruined my whole schedule as now I have to set this up for yet another day. TERRIBLE service
