They took advantage of a petite woman during a rainstorm and quoted me at 60% more for a part than what another shop quoted me for. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. My windshield wipers stopped working this morning during a heavy rain storm. Pep Boys workers spent 15 total minutes checking the windshield wiper motor and an additional 35 minutes talking to each other, clowning around and fixing another customer's car. I saw the entire ordeal as I sat and waited. There wasn't much I could say because it was pouring out and I couldn't go anywhere without wipers.\r
