Review content:
My niece had a radiator burst on a Saturday. She needed the car the next day, so I called around. Pep boys was open and had the part. They quoted me $570 for the radiator which costs $153. High, but OK if it was done today I thought. Towed there at 12. At 8 p.m. the cost came to $798 with deciding what it was and hazardous waste elimination - the anti freeze that was empty when it came in. This after watching them goofing around in the bay on the closed circuit TV. Then they told us the engine was "air-locked' which happens in hydraulic pumps, but I never heard of it in a car. Somehow, letting it cool overnight will fix it, Right. The next day (Sunday) they said the water-pump now went and it would be another $350. My niece was in tears, what could I do, they had me over a barrel. I feel completely ripped off and would have felt better if they used a gun. Complete, shameless conmen.\r I would advise staying away from these swindlers.\r Alfred Green was the smiling jackal we were dealing
