The most awful service I have received since I have been driving !!!!!! I went to Pep Boys for a major tune up and they did as I asked and was very happy with the service until I was called back to the garage by a tech and they said the tune up was not the problem ! It was told to me that my motor was running rough because I needed an intake manifold gasket put on ! But before I decided the truck stall in the middle of the road so after getting it started I hurry up and drove it to them and told them okay to do the procedure ! I Once again I asked them this will stop my truck from stalling in the middle of the road and a yes was answered to me ! Then i asked about the vibration stopping and once again the answer was a yes ! I receive a call that my truck was ready and to come and pick it up and when I get their someone decided to put other things on my truck ! So I stopped that because no one had called me to authorize the other projects ! So now nearly paying Pep Boys a thousand d
