Review content:
The Sherwood Home Depot varies from excellent and knowledgeable service to frustrations and anger. It depends which department you go to, and the higher up in management the less competent the individual tends to be.\r

HD used to have a more liberal ?match the competition? on tools-now they just about check your ID. This has cost them a lot of my business with new DeWalt power tools. The appliance department is good or bad depending on who waits on you-and that means really good or really bad. The BBQ grill department is really iffy. I bought a $900 Weber and the store made me deal with the supplier on a warranty issue. They should deal with the supplier-not me. Otherwise why not shop the Internet-the service would be the same and the price cheaper???\r

They have a new store manager and he has a way to go?
