Review content:
The service is horrible they put brakes on my vehicle and that next day the were making loud grinding noises so I took it back to the shop. I was told he put the cheap brakes on my vehicle because they didn't have the ones for my truck in stock. I had to pay more money and then they had to shave down my new rotors I just bought. I left the shop again the noise started again took vehcile back to the shop put another set of brakes on the truck. The truck was still making noise. I called customer service for pep boys they are a joke they only take your information and and forward it to the store customer service is just a call center that's not authorized to do anything but forward responses. The manager is aggressive and tries to talk over you he really lacks good customer service skills. I took my vehicle to another mechanic because I was waisting too much time taking it back and forward. The mechanic said the work was not done properly and I had to come out of my pocket with more mone
