Review content:
In an effort to assist a friend with paying the final payment on his repair bill Paula had a rude and arrogant demeanor. Standing up for myself and my friend I told her she was being unprofessional and that wasn't going to be tolerated. She hung up on me. When I called back I asked to speak with her manager, Vinny. When he picked up he was instantly rude, didn't let me say a word and instantly hung up on me. I then called back and left a VM for the General Manager Brian to give me a call to correct this rude customer service.
Through a good customer service experience they may have added me as a future customer. Instead I'm so disgusted that I'm writing the first negative review I've ever written about any company.
If I hear back from the General Manager with an apology I'll follow up on this review with that update.
My thought is if they treat someone trying to pay a repair bill for a friend like this. How do they treat other people who are their customers? Unacceptable. Hopefully they learn from this and Paula and Vinny are taught this is not how you treat someone who isn't even your customer YET.
