i had a water heater replaced upstairs. the tech didnt feel like he could do it alone so i was charged $500 for a second person to come and help him carry the water heater upstairs. not only that but it took two days. the tech didnt realize that the plumbing supply store was closed on the day that i had the appointment so he and his second guy had to come back the next day. I was also told that i needed new plumbing through out the house and i was quoted 27,000 dollars which ifeel is ridiculous. I dont know that i will use this company again and i was very unhappy that i had to pay $500 for a second person to come and carry a water heater upstairs and that the tech lost track of time and couldnt get the water heater the same day as my appointment.
