Professional, courteous, respectful! One Hour was on time and able to help us get heat again. Our unit was very old so we ended up shopping for a new setup (ac and furnace). One Hour was able meet our needs with a newer unit and install it the very next day (Caleb and Josh were great). I was extremely pleased with the Comfort Advisor (Billy). He wasn't pushy at all and sales process was simple. Really like their code of ethics and they actually follow them, too. We've used them for maintenance in the past and now for a whole new setup. They are locally owned so you still get the hometown feel when working with them. I would definitely recommend them. They also do not try to sell you cheap equipment or a gimmick just to get in your door. They want you to be educated on the equipment so that you can make the best choice for your family.
