I have been after One Hour Heating and Air for an estimate to replace my electronic furnace filter with a new one and install a whole house humidifier. When Caleb came out last fall to check the heating, I requested that someone from the office check with me in January to schedule the service. I finally had to call the local office in February to get an estimate, Don't they want my business? 8 stars more

The service representative was friendly, helpful, prompt and showed care and consideration for me and the system under review. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns about an operating observation. I was pleased with his attitude and professional approach to the checkup. I have recommended One Hour to friends and acquaintances and intend to continue doing so. These guys are truly PROFESSIONALS.....I had them install a whole new system in my house years ago and the service has never changed...always on time...clean.....knowledgeable....polite....and they have a very positive attitude...James is the BEST.....he always takes the time to explain what happened or what he is gonna do...he has taught me how a furnace and heat pump operates..my system runs quietly and efficiently..today my humidifier acted up and James came out and solved the problem in no time...HEY PEOPLE....these are the guys you really can trust...they get a 5 star rating from me.....James...you get a 6 more

Professional, courteous, respectful! One Hour was on time and able to help us get heat again. Our unit was very old so we ended up shopping for a new setup (ac and furnace). One Hour was able meet our needs with a newer unit and install it the very next day (Caleb and Josh were great). I was extremely pleased with the Comfort Advisor (Billy). He wasn't pushy at all and sales process was simple. Really like their code of ethics and they actually follow them, too. We've used them for maintenance in the past and now for a whole new setup. They are locally owned so you still get the hometown feel when working with them. I would definitely recommend them. They also do not try to sell you cheap equipment or a gimmick just to get in your door. They want you to be educated on the equipment so that you can make the best choice for your family. more
