I saw there ad on weather channel and called because my upstairs unit was not kicking on. Told lady on phone about upstairs unit and she indicated they would let me know issue when they do maint. and $99 included a free winter check. So for $45 clean both units and another check in Winter who could beat it.\r
The bill was 198 when they were done. Installer said it's per unit which lady on phone DID NOT say and 24 hours later my compressor that was OK after maintenance blew out. They said they would send a senior tech out to look at it and 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled time tonight they same tech showed up to inspect it in the dark. They were nice enough to give me another free years maintenance like I really want them to touch my equipment in future. Installer will give me full price tomorrow but he estimated $1500 plus labor. Spent 1 hour on Prev. Maint and 5 minutes to determine I need to replace most expensive part.\r
