We've been using Lee Company for several years now and I can say without question that they are totally committed to you as a customer. I've read some of the negative reviews and I think some people expect pure perfection from a company and that's just unrealistic. \r

We use Lee Company for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. We've called them for a few plumbing problems, and we even use them for our home security alarm systems. So, I'd say we've had a lot of overall encounters and experience with them that gives us a great assessment of how they operate in general. \r

Every single time we've needed Lee Company, they are quick to respond, and their technicians are of the utmost in professionalism. They even put on shoe covers when they enter my house so that they don't mess up my floors and carpeting!!! \r

Several weeks ago our entire HVAC system went out. It was getting old so we knew it would happen at some point in the next few years. Lee Company was at our house within a few hours trying to diagnose the issues and get our house back to being cool again. The next day, although we had to replace our entire unit, they were there working into the night to make sure it was done right; and, the system the installed is much more efficient and is actually lowering our monthly bill. \r

The technician, installers, and the salesman they sent out to assess the situation never gave us the impression that they were trying to up-sell us or pressure us at all with the options of trying to pick the right unit for our home. In fact, for what we needed, they suggested a mid-grade system that would meet all of our needs. It has been awesome. \r

Lastly, if you do a little background research about this company, you'll find that they are always in the paper or local media as one one of the best places to work in Middle Tennessee. They give back to the community on so many different levels; which makes me want to do business with them even more.
