First off, I would say Pronger Smith is the most unproffessional hospital I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a single person from the front desk staff to their doctors seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. They fail to mention any side effects of treatments that they give you and when you call to ask why you are having extremely bad reactions to their medications they have no clue what to tell you and have to call you back when they can come up with some half-ass believable story. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone for any matter. The only reason I chose this hospital was because of its location be so close to where I work. Be careful if you choose this hospital and make sure you question everything they do. They will attempt to put you through every test and exam they can just to make a few extra bucks.
