First off, I would say Pronger Smith is the most unproffessional hospital I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a single person from the front desk...

Stay away from Pronger Smith 12/8/2012

First off, I would say Pronger Smith is the most unproffessional hospital I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a single person from the front desk staff to their doctors seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. They fail to mention any side effects of treatments that they give you and when you call to ask why you are having extremely bad reactions to their medications they have no clue what to tell you and have to call you back when they can come up with some half-ass believable story. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone for any matter. The only reason I chose this hospital was because of its location be so close to where I work. Be careful if you choose this hospital and make sure you question everything they do. They will attempt to put you through every test and exam they can just to make a few extra bucks. more

Very Unprofessional 11/1/2011

I wouldn't know. I tried for days and days and days to get them to answer the telephone. I was put on hold several times for over twenty minutes, some times only to be disconnected. Other times, it was so long, I couldn't stand it anymore. This is so unprofessional. There are other doctors out there that are happy to be of service. more

Pronger Smith medical Care is a terrible place 1/19/2011

Pronger Smith Medical care is a terrible place. Some staff are very rude and provide bad service there. Some doctors (e.g. Miyoung Won) is not professional, they never take care the partients and they just try to make and cheat more money from the patients and insurance company. If you have PPO insurance, you should always check your bill carefully, otherwise, you will lose your money, they will more than double charge and always overcharge your bill. more

Excellent Dr's, spotlessly clean atmospere. I would recommend Pronger Smith to everyone, needing any medical treatment. They even have a pharmacy on premise, how convienent! more

I LOVE PRONGER SMITH MEDICAL CARE 10/15/2010

i love the doctors, and convienence of Pronger Smith. Dr. Roman performed an in office procedure to remove an abcess in my abdominal area. He was straight forward about the surgery. I was numbed and really never felt much pain, just a little pressure...His nurse cleaned everything up and off i went. it was great to be able to just stop in the pharmacy and be able to leave with my antibiotics and pain meds. This would have taken a full day in an ER I was home in two hours..resting...Thank You! more

Good Service 7/27/2010

I felt the Pronger Smith location in Tinley Park provided great service. I was able to get an appointment the same day when I had a killer sinus infection. The doctor I went to before (I won't mention them because they were just okay) but the earliest i could see my doctor was 4 days. \r \r The staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly and my time in the waiting room was short. I will be going back when I need my check-up. more

Family caring for families 5/19/2010

My experience with Pronger Smith has been GREAT . We have been treated with extreme professionalism, respect and understanding. Our time in the waiting room has been long on ocassion but we were told when we checked in that the doctor was running behind schedule . We understand that there are such things as medical emergancies and unforseen problems that arise during clinic hours and take this into account. I have found that most all of the doctors there are very caring and that they have your health and well being as the main concern. Special thanks to Dr.Dholakia,Dr.kim,Dr.Oliver and to all of the Orthopedic Department, YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!! more

Dr. Connolly has been a great rheumatologist for me. 5/15/2010

She has been a really good doctor and person to me. It has been a rollercoaster year but having a great doctor makes it bearable. Also, she kept rying to figure out things for me and I finally got some answers. This was after about four other doctors, no joke. Heartfelt five stars! By the way, Citysearch confused me at first because they don't make clear that she has two offices. One is Blue Island and the other is Tinley Park, and they have her last name spelled wrong. My mother was confused trying to look her up, but it is the same one. Pros: good manner, explains things well more

Great experience 3/24/2009

Having been my first gyno, I had an extremely positive experience. Dr. Risser kept things as un-creepy as possible, especially after hearing some ridiculous stories from friends and how their doctors insisted on seeing them with out gowns, etc. \r \r Dr. Risser definitely makes a bad experience a little less horrible. I definitely recommend her, especially those who are extra uncomfortable to begin with. more

As a woman- going to the OB/GYN is not a fun experience- Dr. Angela Risser makes it much easier. She is very easy to talk to and will answer any question you have without making you feel embarassed. She has appointments at the Tinley Park office and Blue Island office. more

Dr. Baridi--Oncology/Hematology 8/9/2006

My mother was cared for by this doctor like she was his child. He was updated with all pertinent information with her cancer and continued to offer hope in her situation. His bedside manner was excellent. She wouldn't be alive today (she was diagnosed over 6 years ago)if it weren't for his aggressive approach. Thank you Dr. Baridi! more
