From... Tony who schedules appts..is very polite and patient and goes out of his way to make sure everything is fine..
Migdalia is excellent on follow-up with invoices and answering all the questions.. and is a good Customer service person.. meeting the customer's needs.
Josh.. the Tech who came to fix my plumbing problems many times this past month.. is an asset to your Hi-Tech Team.. Josh is professional, courteous,
knowledgeable, arrives in a timely manner and cleans up the work area. He is also a good listener and very patient.
Kevin ,, who assisted Josh in one call was very pleasant , professional.. and was eager to do a good job in cleaning up area where there was a problem.
Asmoney.. spelling.??. I only met him briefly when he came to assist Josh..

PS after working for FPL 29 years it was always so nice to get letters from customers about your employees.. so I always try to take time to write the company when I get good service.
