Great experience all round. As as real estate agent, I see a lot of companies who don't provide good service so it was a pleasure to business with Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air. they answered the phone, took details, provided an immediate estimate, schedule the service SAME DAY, sent a prepared and well-equipped technician who was polite, friendly and did the job they promised, at the price given in a very reasonable time. Definite thumbs up all round! more

Superior Company Five Stars! 2/18/2016

I woke up Saturday morning to find two inches of waste water in both of my showers. The Septic tank backed up! I jumped on Google and found three local companies. Two of the three didn't both to call me back. High - Tech Plumbing and Air had a young man on my property with two hours. The price was very reasonable, the service second to none! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing and Air. more

The plumber who came was courteous and solved my problem easily. Did not waste time and did what I asked him to do. He got my washing machine set up and ready to be used where others wanted to break down the wall. more

Hi_tech has been our family plumber for three years. Whether it is an under the sunk leak or replacing the old hot water tank and replacing it with a tankless hot water system, we wouldn't call anyone else. Their prices are very competitive and will even negotiate a few. more

Found on yelp with great reviews. Service was fast and expedient. Needed a plumber in WPB Florida to replace a tenant's water heater, and they completed the job in less than 24 hours from the first call. more

Jathy: From... Tony who schedules appts..is very polite and patient and goes out of his way to make sure everything is fine.. Migdalia is excellent on follow-up with invoices and answering all the questions.. and is a good Customer service person.. meeting the customer's needs. Josh.. the Tech who came to fix my plumbing problems many times this past month.. is an asset to your Hi-Tech Team.. Josh is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, arrives in a timely manner and cleans up the work area. He is also a good listener and very patient. Kevin ,, who assisted Josh in one call was very pleasant , professional.. and was eager to do a good job in cleaning up area where there was a problem. Asmoney.. spelling.??. I only met him briefly when he came to assist Josh.. Barbara B. Wymer PS after working for FPL 29 years it was always so nice to get letters from customers about your employees.. so I always try to take time to write the company when I get good service. more

Although we would have hoped for a better review we understand our price point was not what you were expecting. We strive to provide prompt service from the initial call received in the office to the completion of the repairs by our certified technicians. We do pride ourselves in being #1 in the #2 business and our vast & loyal customers - over 26,000 - know us for said reliability & efficiency in resolving any situation. Your main concern was price but what you may not be aware is that to run a proper organization and provide the level of service & expertise that we are known for along with maintaining the most advanced equipment, premier staff and office personnel is all calculated in the companies operation costs which comes down to the price point structure which we charge in all of Palm Beach County for over 15 years. Unfortunately, a charge is not just determined by the cost of a product , such as a simple AC filter, keep in mind that when a technician knocks on your door many costs have been incurred just to get him there ready to do the job. Trusted plumbing service 5/19/2015

Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air installed two toilets and a water heater in our home. The technician was professional and clearly had lengthy experience in plumbing field. He identified problems with our plumbing that we did not know we had, then informed us about both the problems and his solution in a clear, rational manner. The technician worked fast and proficiently, and the entire process was done in two hours. I did not think that much work could be accomplished in so little time. We were treated very fairly from a price standpoint and absolutely blown away by the speed, completeness, and quality of the installation. If you want a trustworthy technician to come into your home to diagnose your overall plumbing status, I would recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air. All Around Easy Experience. 5/11/2015

I had a fairly good experience with Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air. They were on time every day they came, and even waited for me to show up when I was late. The only issue I had was that one of their workers messed up a little bit, but they came in as soon as I notified them and fixed it. more

Very Efficient & Professional 5/7/2015

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink when I noticed that the bottom of the cabinet was wet and had cracked. Hi-Tech came out that day and found the leak in the faucet hose. When a repair failed, the technician put in a whole new faucet - a very nice one that happened to be in his truck. That saved me a lot of hassle and I was able to use my sink immediately after he finished! Thanks Hi-Tech! more
